What will you be doing?
As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you play a crucial role in designing the structure of an organisation to ensure that technology, people, and processes work seamlessly together. Your ability to listen well to stakeholders, combined with your in-depth analytical and communication skills, allows you to create and share a vision for the future (3-5 years).
Your responsibilities go beyond just advising. Based on your insights and recommendations, the management team makes decisions about how the organisation will be structured and which strategies will be implemented to achieve the desired goals. Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation;
- Conducting in-depth interviews and preparing and delivering strategic presentations;
- Modeling and analyzing complex organisational architectures and processes;
- Creating and modeling IST-SOLL designs and the Roadmap to achieve them;
- Strategically advising the executive team so that the most effective decisions can be made;
- Guiding and coaching junior and trainee Enterprise Architects in their development.
Who are you?
You are analytically strong, socially skilled, and persuasive. You enjoy researching, understanding, and puzzling until clarity is achieved. Furthermore, you possess:
- Academic working and thinking level, in the direction of Business Administration, Administrative Informatics, Information Management, or similar;
- Extensive experience in the field of Enterprise Architecture and large system landscapes;
- Conceptual thinking ability alongside analytical skills and structuring ability;
- Learning ability and curiosity, giving you quick insight into the subject matter;
- You are pragmatic, creative, and results-oriented and enjoy collaboration;
- You have a good dose of persuasiveness and can present well. You use imagery and metaphors as tools to explain complicated architectural themes;
- You are knowledgeable about methods and techniques related to designing and describing architecture in a broad sense.
