What will you be doing?
As a Data Analyst at Versatyle, you will play a critical role in interpreting and analysing data that is vital to the core business operations of our varied clients (including manufacturing, healthcare, agrifood and education). Your mission will be to construct data pipelines using a low-code/no-code platform to uncover business insights, enhance data quality, and facilitate data-driven strategies. By harnessing your analytical prowess, you will be instrumental in detecting anomalies, forecasting outcomes, and translating complex datasets into actionable intelligence.
In your role, you will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team that ensures data accuracy and consistency. You will work alongside Data Engineers who provide specialized processes, AI models and algorithms that you can apply in your analysis. Our objective as a team, is to develop agile, scalable solutions that can be tailored and deployed across our various customer bases.
Who are you?
You are analytically strong, inventive, and possess excellent communication skills. You have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively convey and present complex insights to stakeholders. You take pleasure in researching, understanding, and solving puzzles to improve things. Additionally:
- You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, or equivalent level of thinking;
- You are fluent in English (Dutch proficiency is a plus);
- You have a profound understanding of data structures and are experienced in data analysis;
- You are quick to absorb new information, proactive in clarifying objectives, and not afraid to ask insightful questions;
- You are capable of working autonomously, tackling problems with resourcefulness, and you bring determination to your work;
