What will you be doing?
An Enterprise Architect designs the structure of an organization to ensure that technology, people, and processes work well together. You listen carefully to stakeholders, apply your analytical and communicative skills, and create a plan for the future (3-5 years). Based on your insight and advice, the executive team decides how the organization will actually be structured and which path will be taken to achieve this.
As an Enterprise Architect Trainee, you are in training to eventually take on the role of Enterprise Architect yourself. This is a 2-year trajectory where you collaborate with experienced Enterprise Architects from Versatyle. The work during the traineeship includes conducting interviews, preparing and delivering presentations, and modeling the organizational architecture and processes of the client. Your responsibilities will increase as you grow into your role.
Who are you?
You are analytically strong, socially skilled, and persuasive. You find pleasure in researching, understanding, and puzzling until it makes sense. Furthermore, you possess:
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent level of thinking.
- Good proficiency in English (Dutch is an advantage)
- Availability, at least 20 hours a week
- Ambition to grow within the company to a full-time position
